A women came in AFTER him, but the store manager offered to help her first. He looked at her tire, and told her it would be 10-15 minutes. He was EXTREMELY nice to her of course. Next he asks my husband what he needs....not nearly as nicely of course. When my husband told him, the guy said it would be 2-3 HOURS and he would need to leave it. This isn't the first time we've gotten bad service here. This is absolutely ridiculous and to be honest, I'm tired of them getting away with it and no one doing anything.
